THE AUDACITY: SCOTUS Asked To Let Texas Drag Christian Nationalism Into Public Classrooms

Because banning Black history and gutting public education wasn’t enough, Texas is begging the Supreme Court to force Christian nationalism onto public school students. Naturally, the notoriously right-wing Fifth Circuit already gave this blatant constitutional violation its stamp of approval.
The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals found in April that the Texas law ‘does not violate either the Establishment Clause or the Free Exercise Clause.’
When conservative politicians yell about ‘parental rights,’ they mean exclusive rights for Christian extremists to indoctrinate everyone else’s kids.
